Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is very yummy. My husband who isn't a big fan of ricotta liked this. For thoses who need a excat measurement. 1 serving, 3 oz fat free ricotta, 1 pack of Splenda and 1 tsp of cinnamon seemed to do the trick. 87 calories.
Your idea has many variations
I had vanilla essence, or a small amount of low fat hot chocolate powder or almond essence and a few variations or fresh or frozen berrries etc. It is very satisfying. I use it if I am still hungry after dinner. I use a very small bowl too.
