Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This is an excellent basic recipe and it was just what I was looking for. I wanted something other than plain quinoa. I used veggie broth and added salt & pepper. Makes a great side dish and can be the basis for main courses and yes, as MoretA63 wrote, it lends itself to endless variations!
Simply delicious. I didn't have Chicken stock so I used water and added 1/2 tsp salt. This recipe would lend itself to endless variations. I will have a lot of fun with this .
