Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I will definitely add this to my repertoire. I added some celery I had that needed to be used and it did add some taste. It was good to have the fiber along with some good taste.
Easy, inexpensive, full of flavor and protein and fiber! What more could you ask for :-) Thanks for sharing, I'm going to save this for sure!
