MEMRYLAPS: three pounds of pork chops would weigh more than three pieces, not less, which means that it would contain more calories,not less. I suggest that the difference in caloric values came from VDORNBOS1 using smaller pork chops.

CHASUK, this recipe was altered AFTER I left my comment, apparently to correct the error I pointed out. The caloric information on the original recipe was 757 calories, 22g fat, 61g carbs, 81g protein. Hardly the result of smaller pork chops. ;-)
