Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This recipe was delicious and I will make it again, but as others mentioned, the calorie count was way off. The salmon alone is 258 calories. I input this dish + 5 oz of salmon and ended up with 409 calories.
The nutritional info. on this recipe is wrong. It says each salmon fillet should be approx. 5 oz however that comes out at 258 cals.
My husband and I enjoyed this very much. I will reduce the vinegar just a tad next time but overall very tasty. I also question the calories listed above on it though.
I liked this a lot. Was surprised at how sweet it was. Will definitely make this again.

I don't know what's going on with the calories for this recipe though, 'cause according to the nutrition tracker 5oz. salmon is about 270 calories. ( I used atlantic salmon).
I baked it instead of pan frying it, and I didn't use the salt ~ but it was great! My 11 year old boy LOVED it :)
