Ro's favorite fruit and grilled chicken salad
I have had a version of this salad at some of my favorite restaurants. This is only for those of us who like the taste of fruit, vegatables, nuts, and meat together. You can use chicken breast but it will increase the calories. I use grilled seasoned chicken thigh. The flavors are incredible. You will be so full you will not need anything else for the rest of the evening. You can also make half of this recipe and eat it for lunch. The protein is what keeps you full.
