H's Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
Boil chicken for 10-12 minutes, Remove from water and shred. In a bowl mix together shredded chicken, beans, olives, 1 cup of the shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream and taco seasoning.
Fill tortilla with chicken mixture and roll up. Place in glass pyrex dish coated with cooking spray. Top torillas with can of green chile sauce and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and top with remainingn 1/2 cup of cheese and return to oven for 10 more minutes.
