Introduction
I am this similar to the recipe on the can of Old El Paso Green Chili Sauce but I used half of the amount of sauce it called for. I was attempting to replicate the chicken enchiladas suizas at the local mexican place in town beucase my husband love them. Ingredients

12 whole wheat flour tortillas
1 8 oz package 1/3 less fat cream cheese
1 small can diced green chili's
1 10 oz can Old El Paso Green Chili Sauce
1 lb chicken breast cut into pieces
Directions
Cut up chicken into small pieces and season with salt and pepper if desired. Heat skillet to medium-low heat. Spray with non-stick spray. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Remove chicken from pan. Add cream cheese, undrained green chilis, and chili sauce to pan. Whisk until smooth. Remove half of the sauce and set aside. Add the chicken back to the pan with the remaining half of sauce mixture and heat just until chicken is warm and coated in sauce. Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas. Roll, place seam side down in a baking pan. Top tortillas with remaining sauce mixture and cover. Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
