Bacon & Butternut Pasta
This is a recipe from Cooking Light (March 2010) and it is DELICIOUS! It called for 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles but DH & I do not like blue cheese so I subbed Laughing Cow Garlic Herb wedges instead. Worked out great!
