I make this with Catalina dressing, but no garlic powder and I love it! My fave veggies to put in are cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots. I also put in two chicken breasts and 2 full cups of veg and make it into 4 servings with 1 cup cooked brown rice each-less calories per serving.
