Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is very tasty! My husband uses ACV to help keep his blood sugars down, but I could never do just the ACV alone. Thanks for this tip!
just tried this but w/ 1 tsp each of honey and ACV using Organic Apple Cider Vinegar w/Mother from Swanson Vitamins and it's actually really good!
This recipe calls for Apple Cider Vinegar, not cider vinegar. There is a big difference in nutritional value and taste! I haven't made this exact recipe, but I have just used honey and vinegar to taste. While this is not a drink I enjoy, I know it is extremely healthful!
Like this recipe, but think about adding agave nectar so your blood sugar doesnt spike from Honey which is high glycemic - nectar tastes very much the same>
