Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Used Turkey tails. Problems arose with the dumplings. No way could 1 cup of mix be "rolled" into a ball. I added at least an extra 1/2 cup and could have used more. Next time I will use more mix and just "plop" them into the broth like I do for Chicken & dumplings. Taste was good. Needed salt.
