Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made this, but I added one clove garlic smooshed with the salt to a paste. After steaming the potatoes and carrots for half the suggested time I coated them with half of the oil, garlic, dill and put them in the oven at 400 for 10 minutes to concentrate the flavors. Served room temp. Fabulous
