Pretty good. I left out the onion soup mix, added minced garlic and 1 whole sliced green pepper and 1 whole sliced red pepper - for veggie nutrition and for color. Yummy!
This is a good basic recipe, for more flavor add a dash of ground cloves and substitute the onion soup mix with just a teaspoon of chopped garlic. And serve over Risotto for less sodium.
