Fantastic. I use my own taco seasoning, no salt in it. Added more seasonings.
Nutrition is off. Breakdown claims 11 calories per serving for the chicken. There's more than 88 calories in 3 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts!
I love the idea - but the sodium is way too high for my heart. I am going to use it but take the time to soak the beans and not used processed beans. 1,385 is so high - wow...
To reduce sodium use Target"s Archer Farms brand, agreat taco seasoning mix that is significantly lower in sodium than the major brands.
It looks great except for the high sodium. I will substitute chili powder, cumin and coriander for the taco seasoning to cut down on the sodium.
This was so good. I used the 30 percent less sodium seasoning and less sodium beans.
