Hi blessedsunshine, I'm about to try your oatmeal recipe but have to tweak it a bit. When I looked at your ingredients calculations I've noticed that instead of 1/4C of brown sugar you accidentally used 1/4C of brown rice... maybe you wanna change that :o) really looking forward to breakfast!
To get the calories near what's reported I had to use a small apple, and unpacked brown sugar. I think I could drop the butter and not miss it.
