Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I do as another poster said, and use the Kashi cereal layered with yogurt (plain) and fresh fruit. It is delicious. Sometimes I add nuts, too, which improves the nutritional value.
I'm going to layer the kashi cereal in a desert glasses to save on the calories added with the butter/marshmellow treats. And I think I will use strawberries, raspberries and blueberries instead of the peaches. Yummy.

My hubby thought it was great and he doesn't like berries with sugar.
