Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was not bad, but not my favorite. I think I wanted a sweeter, meatier pizza. Also, the sauce was too spicy for me. This ranks among some of my first attempts at making pizza. Thanks for contributing. I do appreciate the lowfat aspect of this recipe!
This was amazing! So much better than the fat filled, calorie filled pizza from a pizza chain! This is a keeper in the recipe bin! Mmm, mmm, good!
Why do they have to put in so much salt? My doctor woule not allow this recipe.
I think I'll try this with Canadian bacon. I'll have to see what the difference is calorie wise. Thanks for sharing!
Sounds good but if I make it I would use an uncured Bacon without NITRITES/Hormones/Antibiotics. Check this out for a Healthier Diet tip: http://www.brighthub.com/health/diet-nutri

Added some walnuts (1/4 cup) and ditched the brown sugar. DELISH! Great recipe.
Used the SP Whole Wheat Pizza crust recipe for the base. Don't forget to add the onions along with the bacon and pineapple. I think I might be tempted to omit the bacon, as I didn't get a lot of flavor from it. Sub black olives, peppers, maybe mushrooms? More veggies, less calories.
I make my pizza sauce with one can tomato paste+1 can water, oregano, basil and garlic....no fat, no oil. I can't wait to add these toppings to my next pie!
