Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was better than any restaurant lasagna I have ever had. The spices mixed with the ground turkey and made it taste like sausage...minus all the calories. Don't forget to cover the lasagna with foil as this is important to get the pasta soft. We loved this and it's a keeper!
Really good! I sauteed some spinach and red pepper and stirred it into the cheese mixture. I also added a small can of tomato sauce and forgot to add the brown sugar. Certainly doesn't taste like slimmed down lasagna! :-)
This was really good, but next time I will make these changes : no brown sugar (it was too sweet.) more sauce, half the onions and add spinach. Thanks for posting a great, healthy lasagna recipe!
Very good recipe, but small portion size for amount of calories... I think next time I will cut down on amount of ground turkey, and add more veggies
Yummy! Great recipe! I only added 2 tsp of brown sugar, and didn't put as much mozzarella on top, and cut it into 8 servings. Very satisfying for only 350 cals and lots of protein! Will definitely make again!
YUM - Better than my old "non-healthy" recipe! I made only 2 changes. I used SPLENDA brown sugar and whole wheat lasagna noodles. This is so so good - I'm serving it to company!
I made this last week & added some eggplant & mushrooms. I was nervous about not cooking the noodles first, but it turned out great. I used low sodium canned tomatoes and less of parmesan & mozarella cheeses and my sodium levels were around 350 a serving.. not bad at all and still tasted great
For some yes the sodium may be high but this recipe should not get a bad rating for sodium content! Deliscious!
still to high in sodium
Sounds really good, will just use lower sodium items. I think I'll make this next week :)
this is a keeper..i will omit the brown sugar, and layer some baby spinach leaves in it.
Sounds wonderful. The only drawback, for me, is the sodium. It would be a good dish to take to a gathering. At least there would be something I could eat.
I love lasagna, but I won't eat this much sodium in one meal - no matter how good it sounds.
Thank you for a healthy lasagna option! I am a vegetarian so I would probably include frozen spinach instead of the turkey to add bulk but other than that, this looks great! And I love that you added a little brown sugar to sweeten the sauce! My golbladder will thank you :) Good luck!
Yummy , but the sodium is way too high. I recommend the following changes: use no-salt added versions of canned tomatoes (add your own basil), cottage cheese, and ricotta. Use part-skim mozzarella, don't add extra salt. There will be enough salt in the mozzarella; add extra seasonings instead.
It sounds delicious but the sodium is a killer. Could use No-Salt as an alternative to get the zest.
This sounds like a great dish, I love lasagna. My only worry is the high sodium. I would look to lower that in the products I bought for this recipe.
I was just at OG and passed on the lasagna because of the calories and fat. I am definitely going to try this recipe!
I love lasagna and this recipe sounds easy and delicious. I am surprise that the calories per serving is so low but am happy to see it!!! Plan to try this recipe soon.
