Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used lower salt black beans and diced tomatoes to cut down on the sodium. This was very good.
I added a total of 3 cans of black beans drained and rinsed, to cut back on the sodium, 1 cn. of Green Chilies, and 1 can of Tomatoes (oregano, Basil, Garlic) along with the jar of salsa...served as burritos with shredded lettuce inside! It gave it a little more flavor with a Tex-Mex taste! Thanks
I started too late in the day to use my slow cooker so I made this in a dutch oven on top of the stove. I also used what I had on hand......two cans of low fat refried black beans and Trader Joe's peach salsa. I sauteed the onion after browning the pork. Yummy and just a hint of sweetness.
