Such an awesome snack idea! My brother and his friend enjoyed it very much. It tastes great if you add a little garlic salt too.
My daughter has been making a rendition of this in the toaster oven for years. we use the 2% sharp shredded cheese and add a slight dab of Fat Free sour cream. Anything with sauce & cheese rates in our kitchen!
I have been looking for more ways to cut calories. i love pizza. I will definitely try it and all the variations. Too.
I make these all the time (i usually use some low-fat mozzarella for the full 'pizza' experience - and add in mushrooms, garlic and other pizza toppings), but they're yummy, low fat, lo cal and satisfying! thanks for sharing!
