Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was a quick and easy dish to prepare. Paired with some leftover brown wholegrain rice, a tiny bit of shredded colby jack, and rolled in a low carb tortilla like a burrito. Also subbed a couple things in to suit my taste, and the recipe was quite forgiving. Hubby raved about it!
