My family enjoyed these very much. I couldn't find the mayo specified, so I used half a cup of light mayo. I apparently also overstuffed the shells, as I only ended up with 21 shells, but I did some math and my full shells with half the mayo had about 150 calories each. Lots and lots of leftovers!
