Ingredients

2/3 cup fresh lime juice (about five limes)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger
2 (6 oz.) skinned salmon fillets (approx. 1" thick)
Cooking spray
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 cups romaine lettuce salad
1 cup sliced peeled mango
Directions
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, reserving 3/4 cup juice mixture for dressing. Place salmon fillets on a broiled pan coated with cooking spray. Baste fillets with remaining juice mixture. Broil four minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, basting once after turning. Sprinkle fillets with salt.
3. Divide salad greens evenly among 4 plates; arrange salmon and mango on top of greens. Drizzle with reserved dressing.

This was very good. I changed the recipe a bit -- used Kale instead of lettuce (when using kale it's important to massage it first with salt an a little olive oil and let it sit for 30 minutes or so)... I also made just half the amount of dressing and it was plenty for the fish and the kale. - 6/10/14

Fresh caught sockeye from the Pacific ocean off Vancouver Island with the lime ginger brushed on before hitting the bbq was devine. A perfect combo. Loved the dressing so much we drizzled it on our rice then made another batch for the fridge. This recipe will always be on the top of the pile. - 9/11/13
