Love this! I make a big batch of it and then freeze most. When I need some, I take out a small portion and viola! I have a great breakfast ready to go! - 9/10/10

    Good
These were just ok. Needs a little more flavor, and probably would use turkey sausage instead of plain ground. I'll try it again with those modifications! - 3/4/11

    Incredible!
This is pretty good. I made my own turkey sausage instead of the plain ground turkey. I also didn't care for the potatoes that much...made it kind of mushy. So I think I may leave out the potatoes next time. - 7/23/10

I replaced the cheddar cheese with Laughing Cow herb cheese wedges broken up and stirred in, and added with some minced fresh herbs (basil, thyme, etc.). - 7/17/10
