Could not get these to 'ball' so I packed them in snack baggies to add to my Oatmeal.... - 1/20/15

I liked this - although instead of cocoa powder I added a few mini dark chocolate chips and 1/2 of the honey. - 7/8/10

Good sweet treat but maybe next time I'll substitute a portion of the flaxseed with rolled oats because the flaxseed flavor was a bit overwhelming. - 7/31/16

Made them using 1 more T of peanut butter and added 2tsp of coconut oil and a little cinnamon.they were good although a little more sweetness would not hurt. Next time will up the honey by 1/2T. - 6/6/16

Not my favorite. It did need to be tweaked. I find it rather bland but it satisfied a sweet craving I was having for the moment. I added 2 packets of Splenda for more sweetness - 1/17/15

I use it as a powder to mix with yogurt when I needed extra fiber for the day. Then I tried adding it to fat-free chocolate pudding. Yum! (I made a 2nd batch w/ reduced fat peanut spread, no honey) - 8/1/13

I made this but used 3/4 cups of chia seeds and added more peanut butter and a tablespoon of honey and a1/4 cup of water. It was very good.

I have long made a non-chocolate version, but seeing this recipe inspired me to try adding cocoa. I use different proportions though - 2T peanut butter, 2T flax, .5T honey. When I added 1T cocoa powder I upped the honey to 1T. It was very thick and sweet but not too much so. Yum! Thx for the idea! - 11/8/12

I used sunflower butter, added some coconut, and only about 2/3 of the flax called for, and still had problems getting them to stick. So I doubled the sun butter and honey, and they still barely stuck. They are refrigerating now, so we will see. - 2/19/12

this recipe didn't work out for me either. Maybe I didn't have the right kind of peanut butter. It was a crumbly mess - 9/7/11

Had to do ALOT ALOT ALOT of "tweaking" to even get these to stick together at ALL! Kind of wondered about that when I was adding ingredients but thought it might work out OK... Didn't end up all that "healthy" by the time I got them to stick together... Like another similar recipe better...sorry. - 8/5/11

Absolutely deliciously! My French tutor really enjoyed them also. I like the combo of ingredients, I added a little cinnamon for more health benefits. Recipe takes a lot of adjusting to hold together & roll. I added peanut butter, rice milk, & honey a several times. Definitely plan to make again. - 4/23/11

They are okay. I doubled the peanut butter to keep them together. And they definitely need to be chilled. - 2/4/11

These are OK. I had trouble rolling them into balls because the mix wasn't moist enough, so I added more honey and a bit of water. I don't know what size to make the balls since the recipe doesn't say. The balls I made were golfball sized, but the mix is only enough for six at that size. - 8/30/10
