This was very good. I used low sodium broth intead of the water and boullion and added rice at the end to absorb some extra moisture. The chops were so tender that they fell apart so I ended up shredding the leftovers. The second night I served it over toast like chicken ala king. - 10/16/08

It made me think of something my mom would make. It has good flavor, without being too over the top. I cooked it with potatoes, making a very hearty meal! I did add some cornstarch to the gravy to thicken it. It wouldn't take much to make it a type of stew, really. - 9/5/11

Very tasty!!! My family loves fresh mushrooms and onions in everything so I added them to this and it really bulked up the portion size. Once again....a great family recipe! Thanks! - 4/4/11

A little salty....next time may cut back a bit on boullion. The pork was fabulous and so tender! I am not a pork eater and I will make this again! - 3/14/11

This was overly salty for me as well, and had to tweek things a bit. I like to use lipton beefy onion prepared as directed and 2 cans of cream of mushroom (no milk). I brown the pork first and trim off excess fat, so it's not greasy. I season my chops with season-all. Over-all a tastey dish! - 1/27/11

This sounds really good! I'm going to try it this week, since I really need more practice using my crock pot! I think I'll switch Golden Mushroom Soup for the creamy kind just as a matter of personal taste. - 10/9/10

The pork was very tender and delicious! However, I had to add corn starch to the gravy to thicken at the end. I also only used one bouillon cube, otherwise the salt content would have been wild! My family liked it, but have raved about other recipes a little more. - 11/3/09

This was a hit on Mothers day. Instead I used eight medium cut center chops with two cans of cream of mushrooom-no need to add the milk-your gravy will be amazing!!!!!!!!It's nice to have your chops praised rather than busted-lol - 5/14/08

So I'm still cooking mine, but I tasted some already and WOW! it was great! The pork chop was "oh so tender!" I tried to make rice but it didn't work to well for me so I'm going to make home made mashed potatos. This is a keeper for me! - 3/23/08

Very good!! Try using lean pork steaks, leave out the bouillon and add thinly sliced onions. This was a staple at our house too! - 1/21/08

I felt it was too salty and I used the healthy request mushroom soup and Herbox Very low sodium bouillon? I didn't add the milk because the gravy would have gotten too runny? Maybe that would have cut the sodium? I will have to try again to see what I can do...THANKS FOR SHARING - 12/17/07

The pork was good. The gravy didnt work for me...ended up just being a soupy kinda greasy mixture but with flour added to thicken it it was okay - 9/10/07
