My co-worker made these and I couldn't keep my face out of them! Beware the green remains on your front teeth and check the mirror :) - 4/19/11

I put the full amount of salt that the recipe said and it was way too much for me. I'm going to try again with 1/4 of the salt and half the oil. They definitely came out nice and crispy though! - 5/3/13

I think I need to try again. Some had almost no flavor and some were good. I am probably the one at fault there. :) - 4/23/13

I really enjoyed these and they are just loaded with nutrients. I cut the oil down to 3/4 T (and I will probably try it with 1/2 T next time) and I also cut the salt in half. They are a bit fragile so making them "to go" might not be an option, - 10/18/14

Holy cow these are good! 1st time Ive eaten kale...that I know of. Instead of tossing w/olive oil and salt I used my olive oil mister and sprayed each piece front and back. Then I sprinkled with ultra-fine sea salt. I have to go make more already! - 8/15/11
