Nutrition & Calorie Comments

These are really good. I just love them. I take them to work to snack on. I used sea salt instead of regular salt.
I really enjoyed these and they are just loaded with nutrients. I cut the oil down to 3/4 T (and I will probably try it with 1/2 T next time) and I also cut the salt in half. They are a bit fragile so making them "to go" might not be an option,
Loved it! So simple for those salt cravings.
I put the full amount of salt that the recipe said and it was way too much for me. I'm going to try again with 1/4 of the salt and half the oil. They definitely came out nice and crispy though!
Wonderful, Love them! Great Healthy Snack!! On a personal note salt bothers me so I would just use a little less.
Holy cow these are good! 1st time Ive eaten kale...that I know of. Instead of tossing w/olive oil and salt I used my olive oil mister and sprayed each piece front and back. Then I sprinkled with ultra-fine sea salt. I have to go make more already!
A little salty for me, but SO good!
