I really enjoyed these and they are just loaded with nutrients. I cut the oil down to 3/4 T (and I will probably try it with 1/2 T next time) and I also cut the salt in half. They are a bit fragile so making them "to go" might not be an option, Submitted by:

Holy cow these are good! 1st time Ive eaten kale...that I know of. Instead of tossing w/olive oil and salt I used my olive oil mister and sprayed each piece front and back. Then I sprinkled with ultra-fine sea salt. I have to go make more already! Submitted by:
