Ingredients

1 tsp Paprika
4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
0.24 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
3 cup, pieces or slices mushrooms, fresh
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic-Pepper Blend
1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic-pepper blend, salt & paprika.
Heat 10-in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes. Turn chicken; reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in broth and mushrooms.
Cover; cook 4 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink when center of thickest part is cut (170°F).
Garnish with parsley for extra color.

Shopped til late and had to fix dinner quickly as we were starving. Tried this recipe cuz it looked so simple, and it was. And sooooo tasty! I thoroughly enjoyed it. (I did add 3X as much chicken broth as I used a 12 inch cast iron skillet--and let it simmer down. ) Thanks so much for sharing! :) - 7/15/07
