Introduction
I love fish tacos and these are the way for me and these are SUPER easy. I love fish tacos and these are the way for me and these are SUPER easy.Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients

2 4-oz Tilapia Fillets
2 oz Napa Cabbage
2 finger pinches of cilantro (when you grab some off the stalks filling your finger tips)
1/2 a lime
4 corn tortillas
Old Bay Garlic and Herb seasoning
2 tbs Kraft Free Mayo
Directions
1. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat on medium.
2. Sprinkle fillets on both sides with seasoning and add to pan with a few table spoons of water. Cover.
3. Heat on medium until cooked through. About 5 minutes.
4. Rinse and chop cabbage.
5. To make sauce, add mayo to bowl with juice of half a lime. Chop cilantro and add to mayo. Mix.
6. Place half of each fillet on warmed tortillas. Top with cabbage and sauce.
7. ENJOY!

So delicious! I was cautious about the sauce because I usually don't eat mayo but with the lime (I also added lemon) it was so delish! I used a whole lime's juice and a whole small lemon's (about the size of a lime) juice and more than a 2 fingers pinch of cilantro. My husband loved it and so did I. - 4/3/16
