Ingredients

    1 apple, diced
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup
    Post Bran Flakes Cereal, 0.25 cup
    Walnuts, 1 tbsp chopped
    Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp

Directions

Assemble in that order: apple, cinnamon, yogurt, bran flakes, walnuts, maple syrup.

Makes 1 breakfast serving or 2 low cal, high flavor deserts.

    I love this breakfast. I've been having it almost everyday just changing it up a bit. I vary the fruit, cereal and nut. I keep the quantities the same just change the ingredient. That way my body doesn't get used to the same thing every day. This is a terrific recipe for breakfast on the go to. - 9/30/11
