Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 large red tomatoes
    1 small - medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. fresh cilantro, cleaned and chopped
    1/2 c. lime juice, or the juice of 2 limes.
    salt to taste

Directions

Mix all items together in a large bowl and let sit, refrigerated, for about 30 mins before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips.

    If i will make this pico de gallo, i will try to add some pineapple tidbits and whole kernel corn. I think its nice if it taste a bit sweet. Can i also send recipes of mine? Thanks a lot. - 10/5/13

    I absolutely love pico de gallo! It's amazing and the best thing about it is that it goes with any kind of food that you make it's kind of like an appetizer but it's aboslutely amazing! LOVE IT! - 1/6/08
