Introduction

EASY!! This is somewhere between a peach crisp and a peach cobbler (minus the oats). I use this recipe when I have too many peaches that are ready to go bad. Serve with a dollop of lite cool whip. 2 Tbsp butter
7 fresh peaches, peeled, sliced and pitted

    1/2 c. all-purpose white flour

    1/2 cup 1% milk

It was good that it was very simple to make. It tastes good, but it did not look good at all. The dough ended up looking like poop. - 9/7/08

I made it for a group of people and everyone really enjoyed it. The cinnamon really made it smell good while it cooked. I would definitely make it again. - 6/22/08

I assumed that the milk was 1/2 cup. A little heavy on the cinnamon for my taste, but my husband liked it. It does have an interesting texture. - 9/6/07

    Bad
I'm sorry, I didn't care for this at all. I don't feel the crust worked well with the peaches, not only did it have too much cinnamon but it tasted a little bitter. I've never had a cobbler before but there wasn't enough dough to cover the peaches so some people just got cooked peaches with no crust - 7/1/13

Loved it!!! For years I've been making the traditional topping full of butter, I've never even thought of omitting that, and surprisingly, I didn't miss it! I didn't even use the butter for the pan.Great recipe! I had a pint of blueberries I needed to use, so I threw those in with the peaches. Yummy! - 7/2/12

This was very good, but the cobbler part wasn't quite what I was looking for. Thanks for sharing, though, because it was a good way to use up some peaches that were just about to over ripen. - 6/6/11

    O.K.
I wasn't too impressed with this recipe and neither was my husband but for the calories it was ok. It didn't taste bad just not what we are used to I guess. - 1/23/10

I used rapadura (natural sugar with molasses) instead of the white sugar and no cinnamon. I definitely would not add more flour, as another reviewer did. The texture was great, and a nice alternative to my mom's recipe which calls for a stick of butter. Also, the serving size is huge for the cals - 1/8/09

I added an extra 1/3 c. of flour as the dough mixture seemed to wet. It came out of the oven with a crunchy top layer. Yummy. - 9/20/08
