Introduction
EASY!! This is somewhere between a peach crisp and a peach cobbler (minus the oats). I use this recipe when I have too many peaches that are ready to go bad. Serve with a dollop of lite cool whip. I'm sorry, I didn't care for this at all. I don't feel the crust worked well with the peaches, not only did it have too much cinnamon but it tasted a little bitter. I've never had a cobbler before but there wasn't enough dough to cover the peaches so some people just got cooked peaches with no crust - 7/1/13

Loved it!!! For years I've been making the traditional topping full of butter, I've never even thought of omitting that, and surprisingly, I didn't miss it! I didn't even use the butter for the pan.Great recipe! I had a pint of blueberries I needed to use, so I threw those in with the peaches. Yummy! - 7/2/12

I used rapadura (natural sugar with molasses) instead of the white sugar and no cinnamon. I definitely would not add more flour, as another reviewer did. The texture was great, and a nice alternative to my mom's recipe which calls for a stick of butter. Also, the serving size is huge for the cals - 1/8/09
