Great idea would use less sugar
I wasn't too impressed with this recipe and neither was my husband but for the calories it was ok. It didn't taste bad just not what we are used to I guess.
I used rapadura (natural sugar with molasses) instead of the white sugar and no cinnamon. I definitely would not add more flour, as another reviewer did. The texture was great, and a nice alternative to my mom's recipe which calls for a stick of butter. Also, the serving size is huge for the cals
