I pureed steamed zuchinni and "hid" it in this recipe. Hubby and the kids love this recipe and they have no clue that zuchinni is in there. You can also add puree carrots ( I would cut the sugar to 2 tbsp if you decide to add carrots)

One recipe that tastes better when served the 2nd time around. This some what spicy red sauce sauce has a ‘nice tang’ but you can omit tomatoes w/Green Chilies for an additional can of regular for a milder taste. I usually double this recipe and freeze for great healthy and fast meals at a later date.

Konjac Spaghetti is available on line, since it is all fiber, it contains no digestible calories or carbs. It comes packed in liquid and has a somewhat unpleasant odor out of the package. It goes away with rinsing. Rinse it well and let it drain. Making your own spaghetti sauce keeps the calories and carbs low.

I created this recipe from a few different ones I found when looking for something to do with spaghetti squash. The sweet potato in the tomato sauce really makes a difference!

This is a remake of SpoonGirlDeb’s Baked Spaghetti Squash with Ground Turkey Meat Sauce recipe. I added mushrooms, olives, an extra tablespoon of olive oil, some grated Parmesan cheese and leaner turkey. I also increased the number of servings. If you like this, give SpoonGirlDeb applause!
