    1 large Onion
    4 cups Smart Ground - Vegan Beef substitute (2 cup=1lb. ground beef)
    2 (2lbs. 3 oz.) cans Italian peeled tomatoes
    3 cans (6oz.) Tomato Paste
    several shakes of Red Pepper & Black Pepper
    1/4 c. Parma (by Eat in the Raw - Vegan Parmesan cheese)
    2 T. Agave nectar (or sugar)
    1 T. Oregano
    1T. Basil


Saute onion in a little water. Add ground beef crumbles. Stir in tomatoes(crush the whole tomatoes with your hands), paste, agave, oregano, basil, peppers. (and Salt if desired)
Simmer uncovered, stirring frequently, 45 min. or until sauce thickens. Stir in vegan cheese; cool.
Should make 12 cups, or 24 1/2 cup servings. Can be frozen.
