Ingredients

• 1 lb of 93% lean ground beef
• 3 oz Tomato paste
• 2-9 oz pkg Konjac Spaghetti, rinsed and drained
• 9 oz water
• 2 stalks of celery, diced
• 2/3 c mixed bell peppers, diced
• 2 green onion, diced
• 2 T chopped garlic
• 1 T Reduced Sodium Beef Base (sub 3 beef bouillon cube)
• 2 T Oregano
• 2 T Basil
• 2 T Thyme
• 2 T Fennel Seed
• 1-3 t hot pepper sauce
• 1 T Liquid Smoke
• 1T Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
1. Rinse and drain spaghetti.
2. Brown meat in skillet
3. Move the ground beef to the side and add the green onion, garlic, celery and grape seed oil
4. Brown the vegetables, then mix with ground beef.
5. Add the tomato paste and 9 oz of water. Stir into the beef mixture.
6. Add seasonings and vinegar, simmer 5 minutes
7. Add spaghetti mix.
8. Simmer an additional 7-8 minutes..
9. Makes 8 one cup servings
