Ingredients

    4 pork chops

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

    Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1cup

    Milk, nonfat, .66 cup

    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup

    Potatoes, hashed brown, frozen, plain, unprepared, 1 package (12 oz)

    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded

Directions

Sprinkle chops with seasoning of your choice \. In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil.

In a large bowl combine soup, milk, sour cream, and salt and pepper. Stir in hash browns and 1/2 cup cheese. Spread into greased baking dish. Arrange chops on top. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle rest of cheese and bake until potatoes are tender.

**You can add onions or french-friend onions for more flavor!!

    My fiance and I really enjoyed this dish, but I think the next time I make it, I'll use a different type of creamy soup. We don't like mushrooms. - 2/25/08

    YUMMY!!!! Whole family liked it. Am not a mushroom fan so I used cream of celery instead, made a double batch so I added a can of cheese soup, and left the sour cream out. I also used O'Brien Hash browns for added flavor. YUMMY STUFF! - 2/13/08
