Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Acorn Squash
    2 Tsp Cinnamon
    2 Tsp Splenda or Stevia
    4 Tsp Light Butter

Directions

Cut the acorn squash in half. Scoop out all seeds and fiber from the center. Dust the half with 1 Tsp of cinnamon and 1 Tsp of Splenda or Stevia. Place 2 Tsp of light butter in the center.

Cover the top of the acorn squash with aluminum foil (make a little hat on each half). Place in a baking dish or shallow pan. Add 1/4 cup water to the dish or pan.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and remove foil hat. Mix the center of the acorn squash and ingredients. Enjoy!!
