Introduction

This is a quick and easy recipe and GREAT on a cold day! And at only 122 calories for a 1 cup serving, you can fit this into your SP Nut Range almost any day! Ingredients

    2 ea. 14 oz. cans Swanson 99% Fat Free Beef Broth
    2 ea. 14.5 oz. cans Hunt's Diced Tomatoes w/Basil, Garlic and Oregano
    1 c. Frozen corn
    1 c. Frozen peas
    1 c. Frozen green beans
    1 t. Oregano
    1 t. Basil
    1 t. Italian seasoning
    2 t. Garlic (or amount to taste)
    1 c. Dry Small Shell Pasta (or any kind)

    You can also add 1# browned ground beef, but be sure to add the nutritional information for that.

Directions

Put the cans of diced tomatoes into your blender and puree the tomatoes.
Add all ingredients, except pasta and simmer covered for 45 minutes.
Add pasta and simmer until done (15-20 minutes).

Makes 8 servings of 1 cup each.
