Ingredients

    Apple (Granny Smith is great!)
    1 heaping tsp. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1 T. walnuts

Directions

Peel and section/slice apples into microsafe bowl. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon all over. Microwave 1.5 minutes, stir. Microwave another minute.

    I really really really wish the photos would match the recipes. Please don't just get a stock photo - I'm sure somebody would cook it and take a photo, if you don't want to try the recipe out. So frustrating. This seems to happen all over the recipe site. The apples in this photo are not peeled. - 9/6/14

    I make this most days during the fall and winter months. I usually use artificial sweetener but will try it with the brown sugar instead. This goes great with oatmeal. - 1/4/13

    Wow! This is delicious and takes only minutes to prepare and make. This will definitely be a sweet treat for me!
