I made this recipe with low fat plain yogurt because I did not have any sour cream, and it turned out awesome! I made it last night and its already half gone. I also halved the recipe... its huge! - 3/24/09

    Incredible!
Wonderful! We subbed most of the sour cream for plain yogurt and subbed the white for organic cane sugar. We put in 5 very ripe bananas and only made 2 loaves instead. - 9/15/19

I cut the recipe in half and it turned out great. I only baked them for 40 minutes as they were getting quite brown at this point. - 11/21/10

Yum Yum and YUM! I keep a loaf or 2 on hand (freeze extra!) at almost all times to satisfy a sweet tooth without too much guilt! I use nonfat sour cream and all whole wheat flour instead of half white. Just as yummy. Great recipe! - 3/30/08

    Incredible!
It is weird that this recipe is so big, but the 1/2 batch I made (still filled 2 8x8 pans) was a HUGE HIT. I used Smart Balance instead of butter & FF Sour Cream. - 12/17/07
