Wonderful! We subbed most of the sour cream for plain yogurt and subbed the white for organic cane sugar. We put in 5 very ripe bananas and only made 2 loaves instead.
I made this recipe with low fat plain yogurt because I did not have any sour cream, and it turned out awesome! I made it last night and its already half gone. I also halved the recipe... its huge!
Yum Yum and YUM! I keep a loaf or 2 on hand (freeze extra!) at almost all times to satisfy a sweet tooth without too much guilt! I use nonfat sour cream and all whole wheat flour instead of half white. Just as yummy. Great recipe!
