Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 lb. chicken breasts
    4 medium zucchini, cut up into 1 inch pieces
    1 medium onion cut up int wedges
    1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce
    12 oz. box of rotini pasta

Directions

Place the first three ingredients into a slow cooker. Pour in the sauce. Cook for 8 hours on low, or 4 hours on high.
Prepare the pasta as per the box directions. Serve one cup of chicken mixture over 1 half cup of pasta.

    EDIT: so my initial review stands and is proven. Without a wiser spicer than i - not to my taste. BUT housemate mixed in Grill Mates Roasted Garlic and Herb spices and it was great.     sassiecas> Her portions are correct... 12 oz of pasta cooks to about 6 c of pasta (for al dente and up to 7.5 depending on how tender one takes it, while 12 c might be possible to extract from a 12 oz box of pasta it would honestly be pretty overcooked and likely unpleasa

    Did you get this out of the Turbo Fire Nutrition guide lol?? It supposed to be served 1 cup sauce mix over 1 cup of pasta. Not just a half cup of pasta. - 7/6/10

    This was a very filling meal. It was very fresh and healthy. It could have used a little more flavor, more spices or garlic, but it was good and very easy. - 12/15/09
