I make this fairly often! A coworker gave me the recipe a loooong time ago before I was dieting. I gradually reduced the amount of sugar a bit, but still add enough to give the sauce a little sweetness. We call it "Cowboy Chicken" around here. FWIW, Newman's Own Pineapple Salsa is GREAT in this! - 4/8/08

Simple and delicious! I make this and slice, chicken, then offer Mexican rice, sour cream, cheese, onions, flour tortillas etc for build your own fajitas. I do however have a problem with the time and usually cook chicken dish for 40 minutes. - 10/11/10
