I make this fairly often! A coworker gave me the recipe a loooong time ago before I was dieting. I gradually reduced the amount of sugar a bit, but still add enough to give the sauce a little sweetness. We call it "Cowboy Chicken" around here. FWIW, Newman's Own Pineapple Salsa is GREAT in this!
