Ingredients

    one package Pillsbury Grands Biscuit
    2 tsp cinnamon mixed w 2 tsp splenda/sugar

    Sauce:
    1/2 cup unsalted butter or marg, melted
    1/2 cup brown sugar. packed
    1 tsp cinnamon

    cooking spray to coat a bundt pan
    one serving plate

Directions

preheat oven to 350*f. prepare bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.

open package of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. set aside.

in a med bowl mix 2 tsp cinnamon with 2 tsp splenda sugar blend. roll quartered biscuit pieces in spice mix and arrange in bundt pan. DO NOT PRESS DOWN!

On med low heat, in a small sauce pan: melt the butter (marg), and add the brown sugar and remaining cinnamon. remove from heat, stirring continually. pour this syrup over the arranged biscuit pieces.

Bake uncovered in a 350*f oven 13-17 minutes. until the biscuits have puffed and the syrup has soaked into the bread.

To remove volcano bread (monkey bread) from bundt pan: Place an unpside down plate over the opening of the bundt pan. Invert bundt pan while holding plate firmly in place. Shake gently until bread loosens and falls onto plate, resembling a small volcano.

Serve as is, immediately, with small plates and damp towelettes for sticky fingers. :) can be doubled to serve 16.
