Delicious. The combo of rosemary and sweet potatoes is great. I recommend letting the rosemary sit in the oil in the bowl for a few minutes, and then tossing the sweet potatoes in that mixture. This way the rosemary sticks well to the potatoes and the flavor has a chance to bloom in the oil. - 3/15/07

We tried this last night...it was wonderful. Only change we made was to zap potatoes for 3 min in microwave before putting them in oven...then into oven for 10 minutes. Wonderful ! - 7/22/08

I've always loved anything 'sweetpotato'...Try parboiling the sweet potatoes for about 10-15 mins., to soften before baking. These taste great with baked cinnamon chicken! - 7/1/09

The flavor combination of these ingredients is definitely tastey, however I had trouble getting the potatoes to cook evenly. I think next time I'll cook a short time in a closed baking dish to help them steam cook a bit and then I'll take off lid. - 5/6/08

This is one of my favorites. You can also use white potatoes but the sweets are the best! Another version is roasting cauliflower, squash or asparagus. - 4/3/10

This was REALLY GOOD! I've never been a fan of the candied sweet potatoes and no one had ever made them any differently, so I had no idea of any other way to make these. Not *just* for Thanksgiving! This will be in my repetoire for sure! - 11/22/07

I really enjoyed these rosemaried sweet potatoes! Sweet potatoes are so tasty on their own that it was hard for me to imagine them being improved by adding rosemary, but the rosemary gave them pizzazz and a whole different flavor. This dish was a treat as part of our Easter lunch today. - 4/4/10

I pre-cooked them in the microwave, and think I cooked a bit too long. My bad. Even so, it was still pretty tasty. Only 1 tsp of oil was not enough to begin to coat the potatoes when they were cut into wedges, though. - 8/28/11

These were just OK for me. My family thought they were so-so. I think it needed more seasoning, though I used salt AND fresh rosemary. Also, I steamed them in the microwave first for 5 minutes, but it still took about 20 minutes for them to crisp. Probably will use Yukon potatoes next time. - 6/3/11

Hubby loved this so much he went back for seconds. that is unusual for him to go back for more veggies He said it was so good that it seemed decadent. The only change I will make is to cut it in half since it is just the two of us at home nowadays - 4/12/10
