Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Taste great. I don't like sweet potatoes, but I liked this. Great way to get more veggie in my diet. The rosemary added a great flavor, unlike the brown sugar so many people use.
These were just OK for me. My family thought they were so-so. I think it needed more seasoning, though I used salt AND fresh rosemary. Also, I steamed them in the microwave first for 5 minutes, but it still took about 20 minutes for them to crisp. Probably will use Yukon potatoes next time.
I'm from the deep South and love my sweets but have always hated the way Yankees kill them with sugars-- this is a good way to do them and this is a good change from roasting whole
I TRIED THE BAKE SWEET POTATOE FRIES LAST MONTH FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I ADDED A PITCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER, GARLIC POWER, SEA SALT AND BLACK PEPPER ALL MIXED TOGETHER AND SHOOK THEM UP IN A BAG LIKE YOU DO CHICKEN THEN PLACE THEM IN THE OVEN UNTIL CRISPY AND BROWN...MAKE YOU WANT TO SMACK YOU MAMA!
I like them with some salt, garlic and paprika.
One of my all time favorites! I also add coarse ground salt and black pepper before cooking.
I make these very often. I do not care for the rosemary and lemon juice. I season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Looks awesome and the calorie and fat contents are really in line with what I'm looking for.
These were great. I dipped them in some low fat sour cream for only about 20 more calories
